Je l’ai découverte à Reeperbahn grâce à Keychange. Sa musique me détend et c’est important quand on est entrepreneur.se et malheureusement souvent stressé.e d’écouter de la musique qui détend, apaise, et qui évoque le contentement simple.
Meilleure chanson pour se mettre en ambiance et en confiance avant d’aller faire la fête.
Cette musique c’est la première chanson dont je me souviens, c’est toute mon enfance.
Ticket gagnant : quel a été le moment déterminant pour mettre le pied à l’étrier dans ce milieu ?
Quand j’ ai commencé à travailler comme architecte pour Roskilde Festival. En passant mon diplôme je travaillais déjà sur des installations de 100m de long pour un énorme festival, c’était très satisfaisant et instructif pour ma sortie d’école et ca m’a bien inspirée et lancé dans ma carrière.
Recommandation de spectacle/concert à voir absolument pour quelqu’un qui ne sort jamais ?
Le cirque Romanès : un cirque très poétique avec des supers musiciens, pas d’animaux et des très belles performances.
Qu’est-ce qui vous a pris de vouloir travailler dans la musique?
J’ai pas trop choisi ce milieu mais c’est venu naturellement, à travers le combat que je mène pour Lapee.

Les vieilles générations : trop âgées, trop masculines, trop conservatrices.
Y a-t-il une vie après la musique et à quoi la vôtre ressemblerait-elle?
La botanique, le jardinage, la pêche, la mer = les vacances toute l’année (je peux toujours rêver).

Dire que je travaille dans la musique, c’est plus poétique que dire que je travaille dans les chiottes 🙂

“I am blessed” – Desiree Dawson
I discovered the artist and the song at Reeperbahn with Keychange. Her music relaxes me and as an entrepreneur, it’s important to have tools around you to destress and keep calm . Also the song mentions simple happiness and that’s great to hear to make you feel content with what you have. And not to be frustrated with what you haven’t achieved yet.
Best song to get ready and feel confident before a night out.
That song is my childhood, the first song I remember, the first song I danced to. It’s my roots and I identify with its twist vibes.
Golden Ticket moment : when did you get your big break ?
When I started working as an architect for the Roskilde Festival. Graduating from the Royal Danish Academy, I was already designing 100m long installations for one of the largest festivals in Europe. That was huge for me at that stage, coming out of school. It has motivated me and given me strength to create Lapee.
The show/gig you recommend for someone who has rarely ever goes out?
The “Cirque Romanès” in Paris : a very poetic circus with great musicians, amazing performances and nothing involving animals.
Why on earth did you want to work in music?
I didn’t really choose that field, it came to me through the fight I carry on with Lapee. But it’s good to know that the day I want to release a song, I probably already have the right network. But luckily for your ears, it will never happen 🙂
You meet aliens : which 10 tracks do they need to hear ?
Madonna’s “Music” full album. In repeat.
SRSLY (seriously): what are the stakes of your job within the next 5 years in your opinion ?
The older generations : too old, too male dominated, too conservative.
Is there life after music, and what would yours be ?
Growing plants, gardening, fishing, the sea = holidays all year long (It’s good to dream)

Saying that I work in the music industry is more poetic than saying that I work in the toilet business 🙂
